Responsibilities & Profile

Your contribution to KPMG

·  Managing all entry and exit processes of employees including work permit requests and writing reference letters in English and French
·  Drawing up documents such as contracts, changes of contract, confirmations of employment, training agreements, repayment obligations, unpaid leave agreement, agreements in case of maternity and paternity leave
·  Advising and providing information to employees and line managers about our internal rules and regulations; e.g. flexible working requests, relocation, regulation for expenses, training policies, etc.
·  Working closely with the Recruitment team and contributing to a smooth candidate experience
·  Supporting team members during their busier periods, taking on deputy-role during their vacation absences
·  Taking a personal responsibility to contribute in Swiss-wide HR projects and continuously improving the quality of HR ASC work

This is what makes you successful

·  2-3 years of experience in a similar role in a fast moving, responsive HR team
·  Swiss Human Resources certification is a real plus
·  Fluent in French and English (a must), a very good German knowledge is an asset
·  Excellent communication - written and verbal - with people at all levels
·  Strong client focus and high service orientation in order to build trust with a range of stakeholders
·  Effective, precise and independent work approach, strong organizational skills
·  Excellent team player, proactive sharing of knowledge and experience across the team
·  Very good IT skills including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Microsoft Dynamics or equivalent HR software

Working in the HR Advisory & Service Center Team (HR ASC) you will have responsibility for providing business focused and best practice HR support to a designated area of the business. You will act as the first contact point for all HR matters along the employee life-cycle in your business area, taking ownership of all straightforward employee cases. You will closely support the HR Business Partner, working collaboratively across the HR function as well as with the colleagues in Zurich to provide a seamless and first class HR service.
