Job description

Manages services contracts through the life cycle from creation of the contract, to pricing, approvals, legal approvals, customer signing, delivery assistance, staffing, forecasting and billing issues labor reporting during delivery cycle. Manages changes to contracts to add or remove services, time or scope. Manages Documents of Understanding, Electronic Requests for Services (ERS and Non-ERS) to engage Business Partners in the delivery of services, processes end date extensions.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

Key Skills:
A demonstrated track record developing high-quality web and mobile apps containing rich content and user interface components, using HTML5, CSS3, Sass, Javascript, REST/JSON
Familiarity with Drupal 8 best practices
Familiarity with tuning Drupal 8 for page performance
Experience configuring and using Drupal 8 worfklows
Experience with building Drupal 8 modules to connect to back-end APIs
Experience with building and customizing Drupal 8 templates and pages
Experience with translation and localization in Drupal 8
Experience with PHP, MySQL and Drush

Understanding of UX and UI design with an emphasis on optimizing usability

Nice to have: experience in working in an agile development environment.
At least 3 years experience in critical thinking and problem solving skills in the context of software development
At least 3 years experience in software development with Javascript, HTML, CSS, and JSON
Professional experience with Drupal 8 or WordPress.
