KPMG is currently seeking an Associate, Help Desk to join our Digital Business Transformation organization. This opportunity is open to internal candidates from all KPMG US locations and external candidates interested in being based in the city listed within this posting.

Responsibilities:

·  Assist in ticket handling of Microsoft office Applications and third party applications to meet all service level agreements for 2nd level teams and as an individual
·  Help in developing 1st and 2nd level troubleshooting policies and procedures for the NSC and provide necessary training to the NSC
·  Keep current with alternative information systems and technologies and make recommendations consistent with the firms business and systems strategies
·  Generate ideas to automate current processes
·  Handle unexpected application outages
·  Perform project related duties as assigned or requested

Qualifications:

·  Minimum of one year experience in IT help desk or 2nd level support
·  Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university or equivalent work experience
·  Experience in information systems, technology and support on one or more of these areas: Office applications (2013), Desktop applications (Windows 10), third party applications and service integration that are internal to KPMG
·  Strong verbal/ written communication, problem solving, organizational and independent judgment skills to support and environment driven by customer service and team work with the capability to build productive relationships with peers
·  Flexibility to work overtime, on weekends and peak times to support a 24/7 environment, with the ability to be on-call during weekends and afterhours and ability to adhere to rotational shift schedule is required
·  U.S Citizenship is required
