KPMG is currently seeking an Associate, Advisory Resource Management to join our Business Process Group organization.

Responsibilities:

·  Manage staffing allocation and reporting while working with the engagement teams to determine appropriate staffing and profitability
·  Utilize resource management systems to generate analysis and reporting of key staffing data
·  Analyze and evaluate reports on utilization metrics and monitor staff progress toward chargeable hour goals

Qualifications:

·  Minimum of one year of resource management, recruiting, or corporte business experience preferably within a professional services firm or similar environment
·  Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university
·  Advanced Microsoft Excel skills including pivot tables, v-lookups, and complex formulas
·  Detail-oriented individual possessing strong analytical and diagnostic skills
·  Ability to manage multiple priorities concurrently and meet deadlines with minimal supervision
·  Excellent written and verbal communication skills
