Requirements
- College or university degree in a business related discipline (economics or engineer)
- Relevant Hungarian license of Real estate property value assessor and agent (OKJ 53: Ingatlanvagyon-értékelő)
- Minimum 3 years relevant experience in real estate market, preferably with valuation focus
- Valuation experiences in different market segments, such as development land, residential, commercial, office, etc.
- Valuation skills covering all valuation methods applicable for income generating-, investment-, production- or special purpose real estate (depreciated replacement cost methods, sales-comparison, direct capitalization or DCF calculations, land residual techniques, etc.)
- Effective written and oral communication skills both in English and Hungarian
- Knowledgeable and enthusiastic about the real estate market
- Good computer skills (Word, Excel, Power Point)
- Ability to work effectively in a challenging environment
- Willingness to take personal responsibility
- Strong accountability and reliability
- Good team player
- Effective time management, organization, and prioritization skills.
