Systems Clerk | Milton Keynes, United Kingdom | GB09967

We are looking for a Systems Clerk to join our dynamic and fast paced team at Milton Keynes and provide best in class customer solutions for our Waitrose contract.

YOUR ROLE

The Waitrose Contract is a dynamic, pressurised 24/7 environment providing superior value by having the right stock in the right place at the right time delivered with pride at the right cost. The successful candidate will report into the System team Leader and carry out the clerical functions of the warehouse. You will operate the computerized elements of the warehouse operational systems and ensure the completion of all tasks to the set schedule and company standard.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

·  Carrying out daily clerical tasks/assignments directed by a Team Leader or Co-ordinator

·  Assisting warehouse/distribution functions by operating warehouse computerised system

·  Being flexible in supporting any changes to operational procedures with a minimum amount of time and disruption to the business.

·  Receipting of inbound deliveries from our customers/suppliers onto the WMS to ensure stock availability for our customer store orders.

·  Verify and sign proof of delivery documents to ensure inbound deliveries are correct for invoicing purposes.

·  Report non-conformance paperwork to their supervisor to ensure suppliers adhere to the delivery standards agreed by our customer.

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCES

·  Proven skills in Math and English at Secondary School level

·  Customer service experience and previous warehouse experience

·  Customer focused with the ability to adapt to change and learn new skills and techniques

·  High level of communication

·  PC literate

·  Ability to work on own initiative,

·  Excellent attention to detail,

·  Ability to work under pressure, flexibility
