Job description

Have you ever wondered how the latest gadget you ordered arrived at your door or how the supermarket shelves are always full? The answer is through the work of an International Freight Forwarder. In the modern world of next day delivery and where the purchase of almost anything is only a click away, our International Freight Forwarding teams work all year round to plan the transportation of goods across the world by air, sea and land on behalf of our customers. In the first half of your apprenticeship you will focus on getting to grips with delivering excellent customer service, and in the second half you will build on this foundation to develop specialist Sales skills – you may even be given your own Customer Service or Sales Account to manage! You will work within a successful Sales team while learning everything you need to know to be a top sales performer whilst supported by your peers, your managers, and the apprenticeship team within Kuehne+Nagel.
