O&G operations export coordinator

Your Role

Your role is to ensure efficiency in customer's operations for Sea Export Logistics and assume full responsibility for any operational and administrative activities for PROM clients with quality service. Responsibilities will consist of guaranteeing the delivery of orders within agreed KPIs with all customers, making sure KN guidelines and procedures are secure and executed.

Your Responsibilities

·  Ensuring the integrity of export documentation such as Bills of ladings, CNCA, certificates commercial invoices and packing lists
·  Timely preparation of export documentation and authorization for all sea shipments
·  Opening KN Files handover documents to the broker timely
·  Liaising with Customs on the clearance status and also ports authorities
·  Updating of export register and emailing consignments status reports
·  Issuing, reviewing and complying with standard Operation Systems approved by client
·  Overall Co-ordination between customer's Logistic Team / warehouse for inspection, cargo delivery or any other related to the cargo
·  Maintain customer updated on changing Government Policies and Tariffs on Importation of Goods

Your Skills and Experiences

·  You have Apprenticeship/Vocational Course and Bachelors Degree (not necessary)
·  You have 2 years of experience in Air Logistics and Marine Logistics
·  You have 2 to 5 years of experience in Sea Logistics and Oli&Gas Logistics (not necessary)
·  You have good communication skills with an attention to detail
·  You have good knowledge of Oil&Gas operations and local customs formalities
·  You have strong organizational skills and ability to handle numerous responsibilities
·  You are pro-active, flexible, organized and detail oriented
·  You have advance knowledge of English and Portuguese and basic knowledge of French language
