YOUR ROLE
Join our network and security services team in Hamburg. Keep sight of the bigger picture to drive forward our wide area network as well as network security architecture. As an expert for network security you´ll implement the right technologies, which meet the company's demands to be innovative and secure at the same time.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
· Optimize and maintain network security settings on next generation firewalls
· Manage corporate network service providers (MPLS, Internet VMI, IPSec, DDoS)
· Evaluate and implement new technologies and products
· Collaborate with peers in several countries around the world
· Analyze and support global and regional IT network demands, such as connections to customers and partners
· Create IT service continuity plans
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCES
· Over 3 years of experience in administrating enterprise firewall (preferably Checkpoint)
· Deep knowledge of MPLS, IPsec, VPN, Routing, Switching
· Basic knowledge of Python and Ansible for firewall automation
· Strong analytical skills and hands-on mentality
· Fluent communication skills in English
