Recruitment & Selection:
-Engage in end-to-end recruitment for internship positions.
-Lead Employer Branding and Engagement activities in areas of social media campaigns and campus recruitment.
Undertake post candidate experience reporting and analysis.
-Assist in content management and administration of On-Boarding Application for new hires.
-Provide support in blue collar recruitment.

People & Organizational Development:
-Assist in the re-design and implementation of the Company Induction Program.
-Provide support in the annual talent panel preparations and reviews.
-Re-design and provide support for the implementation of new e-learning modules.
-Compensation and Benefits:
-Provide administrative support in the annual salary and bonus cycle.

General:
-Provide support in specific HR tasks relating to HR administration and operations.
-Lead and perform specific HR related projects on various subjects assigned by HR Director.
