Job description
We have a great opportunity for a keen and enthusiastic individual to join our E-commence team based in Wellingborough.
Your Role
The successful candidate will report the Customer Service Manager and will manage all administrative functions required for the effective running of the ‘non-operational’ side of the Contract. You will be required to work a 37.5 hour week, Monday to Friday (0900 – 1700). A degree of flexibility may be required from time to time in order to meet the needs of the Customer.
Your Responsibilities
· To raise purchase orders as required and maintains records including Invoice matching and follow up processing.
· To assist in processing monthly payroll and control contract time and attendance using SMART system.
· To manage temporary labour hours spreadsheets in conjunction with our agency providers to ensure accurate data capture.
· To assist in the day to day running of the Contract administration, including all processing activities. Control of all non-operational documentation including personnel files.
· To collate daily, weekly and monthly business KPI’s.
· To work closely with Central Finance to collate and provide internal reports including post cost reconciliation.
· Conduct site and company inductions for new starters.
· Collate all Quality, Safety, Health & Environment (QSHE) information and report monthly.
· Administration of the CHEP My CHEP system

· A good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
