For our HQs we are searching:

HR DATA ANALYST

This role manages day-by-day HR activities with a global scope (21 markets) with a specific focus on data, systems, analytics and organization. The role reports directly into the Global Strategy HR manager with visibility to and direct interaction with the Chief HR Officer.

Role:

· Support the financial impact of organizational design initiatives
· Own the accuracy of HR system data, preparing timely and accurate reports
· Respond to HR data requests from HR and other functions. This includes developing queries
· Interpret the data to provide value added analysis.
· Partner with HR and Payroll on system upgrades
· Produce and deliver standard and customized reports, dashboards and specific requests based on business needs
· Perform regular audits to ensure data and system integrity
· Use available tools to provide information and resolve issues and requests
· Learn and apply standard procedures and knowledge to develop solutions within established guidelines related to HR functions.
· Manage relationships at different levels, both internal and external to the company

Key Requirements :

· Master's Degree in Management Engineering, Business Administration, mathematics or equivalent
· Strong numerical and analytical understanding and capabilities
· Passionate about data and detail excellence
· Very structured and goal oriented approach
· Advanced system skills in Excel, Powerpoint, Word etc.
· Excellent written and verbal English and Italian skills
· Ideally knowledge of a People system (e.g. SAP, Peoplesoft, Success Factors etc.)
· Ideally exposure to compensation & benefits practices
· Ability to work in an international complex challenging and sensitive environment
· Preferred min. 2 years of experience in Consultant firms or multinational companies.
