Main assignments

- The main objective of this position is to secure that the retail outlet network (approx. 20 DOS) is always covered with the appropriate inventory level, both mark down items and made-for-outlet products
- Partner with Corporate Merchandising Planning to define specific outlet assortment in order to ensure the right level of inventory
- Support Corporate Merchandising Planning in inventory evaluation process
- Collaborate with Corporate Merchandising Planning department to set actions to offset shortages and excess of mark-down stock in the central and regional warehouse
- Manage mark down product distribution activities for all outlet WW at regional level
- Manage made for outlet product distribution activities for all outlet WW at regional level
- Partner with Local Merchandising team to support local distribution
- Manage local distribution to all European outlets at store level (both MFO and MD)
- Manage stock consolidation/reallocation processes to optimize Inventory efficiency
- Manage a proper set of distribution KPIs dashboard
- Develop continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiency, productivity and availability of distribution processes

Qualifications :

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree or a combination of education and equivalent work experience
- 3-4 years of experience in distribution planning in Luxury/FMCG industry, a specific experience in outlet network would be a plus
- Passion for numbers and product
- Strong analytical ability
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Excellent organizational and problem solving skills
- Demonstrates the ability to work effectively with different teams
- Fluent in English, Italian
