Role Mission

The Intern will have the opportunity to collaborate with Gucci HR Operations & Supply Chain Team. Specifically, he/she will be directly involved in all recruitment activities and will support the team by conducting the sourcing, screening and interviewing of applicants.

Key Accountabilities

• Post job descriptions on Gucci website, Social Network and Universities Career Section

• Direct search of candidates through the more appropriate channels and tools

• Screen resumes, contact candidates and schedule interviews

• Conduct phone interviews and provide feedback to all candidates

• Maintain existing recruitment data on all candidates

• Support in various activities related to the recruitment process.

Qualifications :

Key Requirements


• Bachelor's degree, Master's Degree in Human Resources preferably

• Previous experience in recruiting will be considered a plus

• Passion for recruitment would be desirable

• Proficient computer skills (Microsoft: Word, Excel, and Outlook)

• Ability to work well independently and as a team

• Self-starter, driven and results-oriented people person with a positive attitude

• Ability to communicate with confidence at all levels.
