Role Mission
The resource will be part of the Operations Office,
within Global After Sales department, reporting to the Operations Manager. Theobjective of the stage is to collaborate to build a structured monitoring of
urgent service requests and to perform a daily follow up.
Key Accountabilities
The resource will be gradually involved in:
· Analyzing data in order to identify cases close to
their expected deadline
· Creating a structured way to monitor identified cases
· Supporting Operations team in defining priorities
· Supporting coordinators in defining an effective
process to collaborate with all the departments involved in order to speed up critical
cases
· Defining a communication format aimed to inform
properly colleagues involved in dealing with Stores and Regional After Sales
· Performing a daily monitoring and follow up

Qualifications :
Key Requrements
In order to act properly the role, the following skills are required:
· Bachelor or Master degree in Management Engineering, Accounting is preferred
· Fluency in English
· Excellent Excel
· Strong problem solving skills and ability to analyze complex data
· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
· Strong communication and teamwork skills
· Proactive and resolute approach
