The Mall is an exclusive luxury outlet mall located in Italy and operated by Kering Group, that welcomes every year millions of worldwide visitors and collaborates with the international travel players in order to increase leisure, MICE and FIT visitors incoming.

Role Mission


The Mall is looking for a Sale Associate at the Kering Multibrand Store, who provides customers with top quality service by meeting their needs and expectations as well as to increase the brand loyalty by communicating as “The Mall ambassador" the philosophy and the culture of the Brand.

Key Accountabilities

· Support all the operation processes assuring compliance and follow-up
· Contribute actively to the store sales, by providing a remarkable service to all internal and external clients, according to the Brands' products and images
· Maximize sales and provide excellent customer and after-sales service
· Participate in maintaining a positive work environment
· Develop and maintain good product knowledge and provide excellent customer service
· Replenish stock and maintain high standards of merchandise and product presentation.
· Keep up to date with customer requirements and operating procedures.
· Opening & closing the Store according the needs of the business, in line with Company security rules.
· Adheres to Security and Health and Safety regulations.

Key Requirements


·  Sales Experience and within a luxury brand is a plus
·  Experience in a customer service role with face-to-face customer contact
·  Ability to adapt to frequent change and a high pressure environment
·  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, good listening ability
·  Motivated by being a team player with a common goal
·  Passionate for fashion and luxury brands
·  Product sensitivity and a strong market and fashion trends knowledge, a good general culture level
·  Adaptability, Natural Curiosity, Authenticity
·  Sales driven, social, open and ambitious team player full of drive and optimism.
·  A friendly and helpful approach to our customers and colleagues.
·  Be open to feedback and communicate with your team and managers in a clear and straightforward way.
·  A willingness to learn and improve
·  Fluent in Russian, Italian and English
