Job Description

ROLE

The Communications Manager leads the communication department and reports to the Middle East General Manager to be responsible of leveraging all communication channels to create a unified and powerful voice for the brand category.

He / She will be responsible for planning and leading the development and deployment for all communication activities in the Middle East Region.

He/She will drive and implement Client Engagement activities in the region, driving a customer centric culture with a particular focus on the retail network.

The communications Manager will work in close cooperation with the retail team in designing and implementing Client Engagement initiatives across the region.

MISSION

·  Ensure accurate store data collection and data quality and accordingly run a wide range of ad hoc explanatory client analysis and reports to develop a d deep understanding of customer purchasing behaviors and measure the performance of CRM programs.
·  Collaborate with the retail team to build client programs to drive acquisition and retention including emails, media CRM, clienteling, SMS etc.
·  Monitor and improve Customer Engagement KPIs (new customers, retention, frequency, etc.) to support regional team in driving action plans
·  Create, implement and measure the success of a comprehensive communications offline and online program that will enhance the image of the brand and position within the marketplace and the general public.
·  Develop and increase an effective communication and clienteling strategies across the region in order to grow loyalty and recruit new clients.
·  Monitor and improve Customer Engagement KPIs (new customers, retention, frequency, etc.) and marketing initiatives (e.g., marketing ROI)
·  Advise, procure and lead implementation on CRM & customer engagement technologies (LUCE)
·  Communicate effectively with regional offices and corporate headquarters to obtain approval, guidelines and feedback and in return provide local market needs and advice.
·  Manage, lead and develop the Communication Team.
·  Embed the corporate identity and ensure that all communications materials are brand compliant.
·  Upkeep and enhance the brand awareness in local market through the vehicles of advertising editorial, celebrity and event.
·  Lead client focused event conceptualization, planning and coordination.
·  Manage and impellent the client gifting programs.
·  Assure the achievement of communications missions, goals and financial objectives. Ensure that evaluation systems are in place related to these goals and objectives.
·  Develop short-and long-term plans and budgets for the communications, public relations, advertising and events, monitoring progress, assure adherence and evaluate performance.

PROFILE

   

·  University degree in marketing, communications or Business Administration.
·  At least 2 years of experience in a managerial position in a multinational company
·  Commitment to take part in an innovative project
·  Fluent in English, Arabic would be a plus.
·  Demonstrated skills, knowledge and experience in the design and execution of communications and public relations activities.
·  Demonstrated successful experience making presentations and negotiating with local media.
·  Strong creativity, analytical, organizational and personal sales skills.
·  Flexibility in terms of working hours and travels.
·  Passion for the luxury industry and Communications.
·  Excellent interpersonal skills, organized, open-minded, proactive.
·  Creative and innovative approach to communications and branding.
·  Aptitude to work on own initiative as well as part of a team.
·  Successful managerial experience of a team (the ability to set goals, delegate work and follow up results)
