We are currently seeking an Assistant Digital Manager, China, who will report to the Communication Manager, China, as part of our dynamic team in China.

Your opportunity

Assistant Digital Manager, China is together with the Communications team, manage the Digital strategy and activities of Qeelin in China and ensure proper execution which encompass Branding, Digital, Social media with the aim to maximize brand exposure to establish the brand’s leadership as the indisputable reference in luxury watch & jewelry brand in support the brand retail / wholesale distribution network.

How you will contribute

DIGITAL & SOCIAL MEDIA
•\tFormulate and execute 360 digital plan
•\tAllocate, maximize and manage digital marketing budget
•\tBuild and maintain social media presence with the focus to be in sync with global social media platforms
•\tDevelop content strategy, plan and implement social engagement campaigns
•\tPropose local posts, taking into account the calendar of global posts
•\tMeasure and report performance of social media platforms and digital campaigns and assess against ROI and KPIs
•\tWork closely with internal and external stakeholders to align benchmarks and strategy
•\tCreate campaigns with call-to-action to drive engagement and leads
•\tConduct competitive analysis within digital platforms and social media landscape
•\tIncrease share of digital communication in the current mix, develop efficient plans and creative ideas. Support local teams for proper execution.
•\tExecute tests, collect and analyze data and results, identify trends and insights in order to achieve maximum ROI in campaigns
•\tPrepare post campaign performance reviews with the support of local team and local agency
•\tManage community management, standardize FAQ to ensure proper customer service support
•\tCollaborate with PR team to manage blogger outreach to build an active key opinion leaders network to drive brand advocacy

OFFLINE RECRUITMENT & CURIO
•\tManage answers to netizens’ comments and questions with support and advice from local team
•\tProvide digital training to educate the local team on digital landscape and its constant evolution digital marketing awareness, performance marketing, programmatic buying, search engine marketing
•\tClose collaboration with retail and CRM team on omni-channel and recruitment
•\tOptimize CRM and generate online-to-offline (O2O) activation to bring additional revenue by boosting traffic, building online community and linking with offline marketing activities

CORPORATE WEBSITE & SEARCH ENGINE
•\tTrack, report, and analyze website analytics and SEO initiatives and campaigns
•\tOptimize copy and landing pages for search engine marketing
•\tPerform ongoing keyword discovery, expansion and optimization
•\tResearch and analyze competitor advertising links
•\tDrive SEO in content creation and content programming

ADMINISTRATIVE & BUDGETS
•\tTo handle all invoice processing
•\tMonitor and maintain budgets in terms of tracking, consolidation with financial reports on a monthly basis, update planning in relevant areas and forecasting
•\tAnalyze results of all campaigns to ensure activities are on-track with meeting ROIs
•\tManage campaign expenses, staying on budget, estimating monthly costs and reconciling discrepancies

OTHERS
•\tTo work closely with other teams to support product launches, boutique openings and different activities
•\tAny other tasks assigned by management from time to time

Who you are

\tExperience, business and technical skills
•\tUniversity graduates of Retailing or Marketing / Communications
•\t5 years working experience and preferably in international retail brands/agencies
•\tSolid experience in eMarketing, digital or ecommerce field with at least 2 years at supervisory level
•\tStrong experiences with digital marketing agency are most welcome
•\tProactive, innovative, and creative mind set with strong marketing sense
•\tExcellent English and fluent Chinese are required
•\tHighly motivated individual with strong written and verbal communication skills
•\tGood connections with agencies, suppliers and vendors
•\tGood command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
•\tProficiency in MS Words, Power Point, Excel
•\tDigital savvy – experience in digital & social media activation
•\tStrong project management skills with ability to multi-task
