Mission :

Product Manager is the responsible for product development lifecycle and information according to technical and design requirements, profitability terms, timing and execution processes, within Brand specifications frame to ensure company new collection goals and terms

Our PM Internship will collaborate with PM team in:

Interfacing between internal departments involved in the product development process, including external interaction with suppliers;

Organize meetings in the product development calendar, starting from the Debriefing session to the delivery of the first set of samples;

Ensuring proper circulation of technical information in order to start the execution of the prototypes

Preparation of all documentation necessary to enhance the launch of the collections (including PDM);

Purposing solutions and measures designed to ensure the deadlines established in the product development calendar with the objective to achieve quality and cost;

Ensuring the information is always current and available to the entire team;

Manages the extra requests from the Brand for the development of prototypes,

Updating current trends in styles, materials, colors, technologies and processes, also exploring outside the eyewear industry; Including sales figures of the various Brands;

Researching centers and other players relevant to find out new solutions, technologies, methodologies, to test and submit for approval to the head of the Department;

Organizing Product Rooms and Showroom

Qualifications :

Hard skills:

University graduate (economical studies)

Fashion Management / Product Management Master will be a plus

Fluent in English or French is a plus

Knowledge and experience of relevant software applications, reporting and database management will be a plus

Soft skills:

Ability to work within fast growing environments and to contribute to build a new organization.

Product & Project Management Skill
