Role Mission

Reporting to the Multi-Category Product Compliance Manager, the trainee will have the opportunity to be involved in different activities within Product Compliance Department and acquire specific skills in providing share services to all Brands of Kering Group and supporting the strategy of Kering Operations.

Key Accountabilities

· Gives support in technical analysis of product materials in collaboration with production and laboratories
· Gives support in technical analysis of production processes in order to identify the critical issues of product compliance
· Supports the team in process mapping: read up, review and improve existing process flow, identify bottlenecks and critical points.
· Supports the team in metrics and analysis: KPI and metrics implementation, periodic reports, database and documents maintenance to be shared with all departments (R&D, Purchasing, Production, Quality, Legal, After Sales and Logistics etc.).
· Assists the team in delivering training and presentations: preparing documents and presentations and organizing internal/external meetings.

Qualifications :

Key Requirements

· Degree in Chemical or Industrial Technology Engineering

· Passion for manufacturing process, materials and testing

· Fluent English and Italian

· Good Office (Excel –Power Point –Word) knowledge

· Problem solving and analytical approach

· Proactive attitude

· Excellent team work skills

· Ability to build strong relationship across the organization
