Role Mission

Reporting to the Ready-to-Wear HR Business Partner (RTW HR BP), the Junior HR Business Partner (JHR BP) is responsible for assisting the RTW HR BP in providing HR services to management and employees that reflect the business objectives of the RTW Operations organization, consistently with the HR strategy of Kering Luxury Logistics and Industrial Operations (KLLIO).

Key Accountabilities

Support HR overall service

· Assist the RTW HR BP in the overall HR service, interfacing with experts and shared services to ensure delivery, quality and relevance of the activities performed
· Manage relationship with Shared Services for transactional activities and cover directly the services not delivered by them
· Provide clerical support in HR policy implementation and interpretation

Act as HR Business Partner support

· Support the implementation of HR action plans and priorities, defined and agreed by the RTW HR BP with the RTW management and consistent with the HR strategy and plans of KLLIO
· Assist the RTW HR BP in key business meetings and processes in order to contribute to the implementation of decisions
· Support the RTW HR BP in providing HR guidance to managers and employees in HR matters such as people management, interpersonal communication, performance management, employee development, conflict resolution

Provide assistance to the RTW HR BP in developing practices, programs and policies as well as implementing strategic and operational HR processes, in alignment with the relevant Center of Expertise within KLLIO HR Department:

Talent Development

· Talent Acquisition and Hiring (assist in job profile definition, search and selection, hiring and onboarding)
· Talent Mapping, Talent Development plans (people review material preparation and analysis)
· Learning initiatives (support in learning needs assessment as well as in training delivery, monitoring of success and follow up)

HR cost control and C&B

· Cost of staff budgeting and forecasting and monitoring of actual versus budget (personnel cost data collection and first analysis, material preparation)
· Monthly reporting (workforce data check and org charts update)
· Implementation of Comp & Ben guidelines and initiatives (salary data collection, letters preparation)

Industrial Relations

· Management of Employee relations and negotiations (assist in detecting and handle complaints, disputes and grievances)
· Day by day relationship with Unions/Works Council (support the RTW HR BP in clerical activities)

Key Requirements

·  3 years of experience in HR management and administration
·  University degree, Master in Human Resources Management preferred
·  Fluency in Italian and English
·  Advanced MS Office skills
·  Knowledge of Italian legal requirements and practices related to day-to-day management of employees
·  Excellent planning and organizational skills
·  Ability to work successfully in a dynamic environment
·  Capability to communicate clearly, concisely and effectively to all employees at all levels of the organization
·  Good problem solving skills and ability to prioritize workload
·  Teamwork and customer service attitude
