Key Accountabilities

· Collecting data, running analysis and preparing dashboards to be shared with the supervisor for the definition of the periodical business review and annual marketing plan, focusing on brands aspects such as: product strategy, market positioning, distribution guidelines, communication strategy, etc.
· Preparing brand/collection training materials as well as contents for the development of local advertising / promotional plans, based on agreed strategic marketing guidelines.

· For the assigned brand(s), monitoring the business performance, global market insights, consumer trends and competition, in order to provide useful data and inputs to the Supervisor with the aim of assessing growth opportunities;

· Monitoring Mktg budget expenses;

· Supporting the supervisor in the development of the annual collection plan, by providing data and inputs in terms of active and new styles, balancing sales objectives and brand positioning targets;

· Combining sales analysis, market feedback and brand objectives with the aim to support the supervisor in the preparation of product briefings to be shared with Product Design& Development for the development of the seasonal collection;

· Collaborating with different functions and with representatives of the Brand, with the aim of supporting the Supervisor in managing relationships and achieving the sales and brand objectives;

· Preparing master product knowledge documents in close collaboration with the design and product teams, as well as supporting Sales teams in presenting new collections and delivering training sessions to sales force.

Qualifications :

Requirements



·  2-3 years of experience in the same role

·  Experience preferably in eyewear, watch & jewellery, beauty & cosmetics, Fashion or accessories.

·  Master's degree in marketing or business administration

·  Strong product and fashion sense

·  Ability to understand current market trends

·  Dynamic, proactive, flexible, curious, committed to teamwork

·  Ability to work effectively under pressure

·  Excellent communication and relationship building skills

·  Excellent analytical skills

·  Attention to details

·  Reporting and database management

·  Fluent in English and Italian
