Mission

Reporting to the Aftersales Application Manager, the Aftersales Application Specialist will be responsible for providing high quality support service related to the application used for supplier management across Group luxury brands. He/she will assist and provide quality and solid system designs and solutions to solve business requirements

Responsibilities

· Help in defining the project objectives involved in the demand process with the manager
· Plan and monitor change requests and project progress in terms of definition of the project plan (deliverables, deadlines, etc.)
· Collaborate in the Functional and Technical analysis of the forecasted solution and the change requests of applications
· Collaborate with the programmer for the development activities
· Highlight constraints, risks and issues to the production manager
· Test, validate and upgrade applications
· Manage the standards and evolution of maintenance processes
· Functional analysis of change requests on aftersales application
· Contribute in budget definition for the Aftersales area.
· Manage conflict escalation and negotiations to maintain an equilibrium and recover from critical, expected or unexpected events

Qualifications :

Requirements

·  3-5 years of IT experiences in large, complex and international companies
·  Bachelor's degree, in Computer Science, Management Information Systems preferred
·  Knowledge of Aftersales management (i.e. Quality and Aftersales data management, ticket management & tracking, return flows mgmt., repairs mgmt, spare parts mgmt, accounting)
·  Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics AX preferred
·  Proficient ability to work collaboratively with others; conduct good working relationships both with internal and external stakeholders
·  Ability to communicate effectively, both verbal and written
·  Rigorous, autonomous, organized, committed, transparent
·  Able to execute tasks in a very dynamic and ever-changing environment
·  Fluent in Italian and English. French knowledge as a plus
