Role Mission

The internship contemplates a full-time activity in the field of Intellectual Property (IP), particularly in Trademarks, Designs and Copyrights related matters as well as in anti-counterfeiting and TM portfolios area and legal counseling for Gucci.

Key Accountabilities

· Assistance in collecting evidences of use for preparing and supporting the cases;
· Assistance in carrying out researches, filings and verifications (both on-line and off-line);
· Assistance in drafting and reviewing different kinds of documents, in English and in Italian (e.g. C&D letters; searches and clearances; agreements; letter of consent, oppositions etc.);
· Support in preparing analysis, legal opinions and in carrying out legal researches;
· Help in elaborating standard documents and to keep updated our records and files;
· Support in collecting signatures of documents, POAs, invoices and preparing cover notes and summary of the cases;
· Support in reviewing products and monitoring Internet and social media accounts.

Qualifications :

Key Requirements
·  University Degree in Law;
·  Master in IP could be appreciated and a plus;
·  Excellent knowledge of English and Italian both spoken and written;
·  Experience and background in Trademark Law and in the IP field appreciated;
·  Proficient in using Outlook, Word, Excel & PowerPoint;
·  High ethical standards and integrity, high level of discretion and accountability;
·  Attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy is a must;
·  Flexible, motivated and able to adapt to a constant changing environment;
·  Team work and good communication and interpersonal skills;
·  Flexibility and willingness to meet all of the legal department's needs (both large and small).
