Role Mission:

The Mall is looking for an International Tourism Marketing Coordinator that, that supports the Marketing Manager in developing and carrying out the strategy to promote The Mall brand in the world and develop new markets through the attendance to international fairs and tourism events. The Mall is an exclusive luxury outlet mall located in Italy and operated by Kering Group, that welcomes every year millions of worldwide visitors and collaborates with the international travel players in order to increase leisure, MICE and FIT visitors incoming.

Key Accountabilities:


· Develop and carry out the marketing global strategy focused on promoting The Mall brand in the world and the related luxury outlets at national and international level
· Plan, organize and manage the attendance to national and international fairs and relevant tourism exhibitions, B2B trips, meetings and workshops
· Analyse the market and tourists flow trends to identify new potential markets and develop the related penetration roadmap
· Establish and develop partnerships and collaborations with tourism boards and with new key players of the tourism market
· Prepare periodic reports regarding the activity performances, market trends, figures and related returns
· Collaborate with the online marketing department in planning and address specific communication campaign to support the international tourism marketing initiatives

Key Requirements:


·  Master or Degree in tourism, marketing or similar studies
·  Proven working experience of 2-3 years in a similar position in Tour Operator, DMC, Hotel, Tourism Fairs/Exhibitions, tourism marketing agency, malls or public relations companies
·  Fluent in Italian and English language
·  Excellent project organization, coordination and management capability
·  Objective and deadline driven
·  Ability to work in autonomy as well exceptional commitment to team-working
·  Strong communication and relations management skills
·  Ability to work in a fast growing and dynamic environment
·  Availability to travel intensively
·  Good computer skills (office package, internet tools) and social media knowledge
