Key Accountabilities


· Build Budget and Sales Plans by customer in cooperation with Head of International Key Account.

· Build strong relationships both with customers and with the Kering Eyewear team

· Communicate and present to buyers brand values and positioning together with collections highlights.

· Propose assortment plans in order to maximize customers' sell-out (category management).

· Build Joint Sales and Marketing Plans with the chains in line with global guidelines

· Periodically collect and analyze sell-out reports from customers and build action plans accordingly

· Regular visits to customers top doors to ensure merchandising standards in line with the agreed plans.

· In cooperation with the Trade Marketing Manager propose and negotiate trade and digital marketing plans.

· Manage “Limited Edition” and “Avant premier” dedicated flows for specific project with costumers.

· Discuss with the customer and set up in cooperation with the planning department in Italy, the most suitable supply chain process in order to ensure the highest service level and orders fulfillment rate i.e. collaborative planning, automatic replenishment and dedicated SC flows

· Collect and manage orders in cooperation with customer services department

· Ensure the highest possible customer service and follow through of orders and deliveries. Assisting the Customer Service and Finance department with invoice, debit and credit note queries

Qualifications :

Requirements



·  + 3 years experience
·  Account Management with a proven track record in Luxury/fashion accessories/ lifestyle or FMCG

·  Sales driven with the ability to expand existing business and identify and develop new opportunities.

·  Self-starter with the ability to organize and manage own workload.

·  Confident in dealing with customers and managing all aspects of the account.

·  Excellent communication and presentation skills.

·  Excellent customer relationship and negotiation capabilities.

·  Pro-activity in identifying and converting opportunities.
·  Analytical skills and problem solving attitude.
·  Flexibility, hands-on approach, ability to handle multi-tasks
·  Proven record of results achieved within a structured, multinational environment.

·  Ability to work within fast growing environments and to contribute to build a new organization.

·  Entrepreneurship, innovation attitude, exceptional commitment to teamwork.

·  Ability to work effectively under pressure to seasonal and customer deadlines.

·  Intermediate to Advanced MS Office skills especially Excel and PowerPoint.

·  Experience in the Eyewear sector will be an advantage but not a must

·  Fluent in English
