Role Mission
The candidate will join the Kering Group Operations Talent Development Team and will be accountable for supporting the Talent Acquisition activities, with a focus on sourcing and selecting talents and managing the recruiting systems in order to provide the organization with an efficient, competitive and cost-effective recruitment plan
Key Accountabilities
· Implement the recruiting process, including, but not limited to, job requisition posting, researching and sourcing candidates, phone screening, interviewing and evaluating candidates fit, facilitating applicant testing
· Work with HR Business Partners to provide recruiting progress update, provide and receive feedback to fine-tune talent search
· Ensure compliance to talent acquisition policies and procedures
· Use and maintain the Applicant Tracking System to manage the internal/external recruitment process
· Generate reports on staffing activities, application flow, time-to-hire and recruitment cost analysis

Qualifications :
Key Requirements
· Deep knowledge of the recruiting processes, with a focus on the IT and Corporate functions
· 2+ years of recruitment experience within a multinational company or international search firms
· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
· Team player attitude, with consistent customer focus
· Ability to multitask and perform under tight deadlines
· Strict adherence to confidentiality and high ethical standards
· Proficiency in MS Office and ATS systems
· Fluent in Italian and English
