The candidate will support the team on the day-to-day management of the Pomellato e-commerce website and key e-commerce partners, being involved in the following activities:

• Monitors and ensures the right level of assortment for every e-channels, coordinating internal and external partners;

• Monitors the daily and weekly sales on order to anticipate any assortment needs;

• Provides all the required assets for catalogue updating (pack shots, descriptions, prices...) ;

• Creates monthly reports about the e-commerce performances;

• Refreshes periodically the e-visual merchandising working on specific tools;

• Manages the returned items;

• Liases with the Account department ensuring the invoicing process;

• Works closely with the Media and Digital team in order to ensure the effectiveness of the campaigns on the website;

• Support the Digital Coordinator and Manager in daily operations across various projects, which could include analysis on marketing actions, test of improvement tools (Multivariate Testing, A/B Testing, and heatmaps), reports production.

Profilo richiesto

Qualifications :

• Bachelor degree in Economics, Marketing, Science of communication

• Proficient with Excel and Power Point

• Proficient in English

• Self-driven, motivated, results and solutions orientated approach

• Familiar with e-commerce contents and knowledge of e-business platforms will be a plus
