As Department Manager, you will be responsible to ensure the achievement of the department business goals (sales and profitability)

You will be responsible to develop loyal customer of particular product category, in order to reach qualitative and quantitative goals settled for your product category.

As Brand Ambassador, you will promote and enhance Balenciaga brand, in line with brand policies and procedures.

Key Accountabilities

- Ensure the development of CRM initiatives to develop a clientele network
- In cooperation with the Store Manager, establish and implement Action Plans to develop sales for the assigned product category.
- Ensure the development of motivation, sense of belonging and business involvement of the Department Team
- Conduct periodical category training to the team
- Ensure correct interpretation and implementation of visual guidelines, keeping and ensuring that best sellers products are displayed, through a close cooperation with the Visual Display Team
- Active participation to reporting
- Ensure the maintenance of inventory accuracy, and Corporate policies and procedures

Qualifications :

Key Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of luxury fashion retail management experience with a focus on leading a multicultural team
- Ability to build, execute and follow the Company strategy
- Commercial awareness and strong business acumen

- Ability to improve customer loyalty
- Passion for fashion luxury and product sensitivity
- Fluent in English
