ROLE MISSION

The Collection Coordinator is based in Rome. He/she is responsible for the organization and deployment of all activities of the Design studio and to filter and manage requests and activities involving other departments.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Share with the Design team the seasonal timing previously defined with Product Management and Merchandising department

• Ensure the correct timing in all the process, keeping in mind the direction and brief given by the Creative Director, being aware of possible organizational impacts

• Daily coordinate the team activity, making sure timing and standards are respected and preventing possible constraints or risks

• Share the creative brief of the Creative Director with the Design team, assuring the coherence of the work of each designer

• Organize the workflow of each designer and the validation steps with the Creative Director; autonomously manage possible feedback or guidelines to be given to designers

• Manage the relationship with Merchandising, Communication and Product Management team, being an efficient filter between these departments and the Creative Director.

Qualifications :

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor degree

• At least five years of experience in a similar position, working closely with the Creative Director and the team of Designers

• Knowledge of luxury

• Knowledge of menswear is a plus

• Esthetic taste

• Planning and organization

• Ability to manage more tasks simultaneously

• Flexibility

• Ability to communicate successfully with different cultures

• Self-confidence and solidity
