You will be responsible for overseeing the receipt, storage, and distribution of jewelry items, as well as coordinating with various departments to optimize stock levels, minimize discrepancies and support sales. BOUCHERON STOCK ADMINISTRATOR

BASE SALARY: $27.00 - $29.00 per hour

Job Responsibilities:

Inventory Management:

·  Receive incoming shipments of jewelry items, verify contents against purchase orders, and inspect for quality and accuracy.
·  Organize and catalog inventory according to established procedures, ensuring items are properly labeled, tagged, and stored in designated locations.
·  Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile physical inventory with system records to identify discrepancies and address discrepancies promptly.
·  Implement inventory control measures to minimize shrinkage, loss, and damage, including security protocols and surveillance monitoring.

Stock Administration:

·  Maintain accurate records of inventory transactions, including receipts, transfers, and withdrawals, using inventory management software or manual logs.
·  Generate reports on stock levels, turnover rates, and inventory movements to support decision-making and replenishment strategies.
·  Collaborate with HQ and sales teams to forecast demand, anticipate stock needs, and coordinate replenishment orders in a timely manner.
·  Assist in the development and implementation of stock management policies, procedures, and best practices to optimize efficiency and accuracy.
·  Manage client repairs and liaise with our workshops.

Communication and Coordination:

·  Coordinate with sales associates and management to fulfill customer orders, locate specific items, and maintain adequate stock levels to meet customer demand.
·  Communicate inventory updates, stock movements, and availability to relevant stakeholders, both internally and externally.
·  Collaborate with different departments to reconcile invoices, process payments, and maintain accurate financial records related to inventory transactions.

Qualifications and Skills:

·  2+ years of experience in stock, 1+ years of experience in jewelry
·  Previous experience in inventory management, stock administration, or related roles, preferably in the retail or jewelry industry.
·  Proficiency in inventory management software, spreadsheet applications, and basic accounting principles.
·  Attention to detail and accuracy in recording and documenting inventory data.
·  Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
·  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments. Business Partner Mindset. Team Spirit.

·  Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and workflow dynamics as needed.
·  High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certification in inventory management or related field is a plus
