As a Finance Business Partner, you will support the Sales Finance Manager in robust commercial planning and control of Italy and business partnering in order to maximize spending effectiveness.

WHAT WILL I BE DOING?

· Lead & coordinate the Trade month end close activities.
· Coordinate & prepare Trade liability reporting and balance sheet reconciliations.
· Provide support to the Sale teams on Trade promotions inputs and ensure all contracts are entered correctly, building in necessary checks & controls where required.
· Provide key inputs to cash flow reporting, analysis and forecasting working closely with Financial Planning & Control team.
· Manage & govern the accounting and controls for all trade allowances to ensure full compliance with Corporate Accounting Policy. Support Sales team in ensuring the local trade promotional management system controls are maintained.
· Act as key financial advisor to the Sales team, ensuring that all team members have a good understanding of our Sustainable Growth Operating Model and what they can do to optimize financial delivery.
· Support the Sales Finance Manager in the commercial planning and financial budgeting process from a customer perspective, actively driving collaboration and alignment with Sales Commercial Strategy and Revenue Management teams to improve forecast accuracy.

Support the team in the successful implementation of internal controlling systems.

Qualifications :

WHAT DO I NEED TO DEMONSTRATE?
As well as a hunger to learn and succeed in the role, to be considered for this position you must be able to meet the following requirements:
·  Qualified university degree in Finance-related subject.
·  2-3 years in a Commercial Finance / Sales Finance role ideally within a FMCG or consulting company.
·  Computer skills, Microsoft Office pack.
·  Good leadership, communication and analytical skills.
·  Working knowledge of US GAAP and Sarbanes-Oxley S404.
·  Fluent Italian & English – both written and spoken.
·  Travel mobility is required.
