Role Summary/Purpose
Conduct customer/employee training on Bently Nevada products and services at our Training Centers and at customers locations. This individual will coordinate with the customer on location, schedule and logistics for the training session. The training will review the proper application, configuration and maintenance of transducers, portable data collectors, vibration monitoring systems and data acquisition systems. The training will be hands on demonstrations conducted on working lab stations.
Essential Responsibilities
In the role of Training Specialist, you will:
· Field services training related activities for both employees and customers, including delivering product / software training and methodology while providing ongoing support to ensure the standard and quality of field service execution and customer expectations
· Develop a yearly training plan for their own development and schedule
· Be involved in discussions with other functions and teams about improvement in processes, procedures and ways of working
· Present and develop opportunities for diverse clients in their region
· Follow training course frameworks to conduct effective and quality training to our customers
· Assist customers in incorporating specific needs and client specific conditions for training courses
Qualifications/Requirements
· Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university
· Minimum 3 years of experience in Training

· Travel 50% of the time, as required

· Knowledge of or experience with AT LEAST one or more of the following: Systems and Instrumentation, mechanical vibration, rotating machinery vibration and/or diagnostics, rotor-dynamic analysis, PdM data acquisition / evaluation, machinery balancing and alignment
· Knowledge of Bently Nevada products and services
· Basic familiarity with computer network systems
· Black Belt or Green Belt Certified (GE employees only)
PLEASE NOTE: Charlotte, NC is the preferred location, however other U.S. locations may be considered.
