For our consumer segment, Johnson&Johnson S.P.A, we are looking for a candidate to be hired in Reformulation Department (SMP - Support to Marketed Products) with fixed-term contract for maternity cover.

This role is based in our office located in Santa Palomba - Pomezia (Rome).

Support to Marketed Product (SMP) department is today leading major projects to ensure Business Continuity, Compliance and cost optimization of our already marketed Products portfolio.
One of our most important category (Formulated Products - Cosmetic) will require a Project Leader to ensure deployment of ongoing and future projects.

The SMP Project Leader will be responsible to lead and execute reformulation programs (from lab reformulation up to Factbook signature) for identified projects and act as project manager with cross-functional (R&D, Procurement, Supply Chain, Plants …) teams.

Qualifications
-Scientific master degree required (Formulation, Chemistry, Process Engineering).
-From 6 months to 3 years of experience in managing R&D/Reformulation Projects in Skincare
