Job description

This full-time position supports critical functions of the HR law group including:
·  Reporting of LTPP equity recission totals from NCA enforcement/detrimental activity for the IBM Board Audit Committee;
·  Providing paralegal support for Noncompetition Agreement cases;
·  Maintaining the records for the IBM Retirement Plans Committee;
·  Maintaining the records for the IBM Employee Benefit Plans (including qualified retirement plans and nonqualified plans);
·  Preparing the required resolutions for the acquired company boards regarding employee benefit plan administration, and plan mergers, and
·  Overall legal administrative support of the HR legal team

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

·  At least 3 years' experience as a paralegal or working in a legal office.
·  Strong communications skills (oral and written), including stakeholder management in a corporate headquarters environment.
·  Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite tools. Proficiency in collaboration tools, such as Box.
·  Strong organization skills with attention to detail
