For the site of Santa Palomba (Pomezia - ROME) we are looking for candidates to be entered with a TEMPO DETERMINED contract (12 months) in the PRODUCTION area that is responsible for the realization of the product production programs.
In particular, the responsibilities of PROCESS IMPROVEMENT ENGINEER are to:

Provides process engineering and controls support identify improvement opportunities, give technical support, track performance and analyze deviations.

Implement and sustain the performance control system (KPIs), identify improvement opportunities and priorities, define and lead kaizen groups and coordinate / track action plans

Plans and conducts activities related to the development of new processes including researching current and emerging technologies, evaluating process cost, quality, and capability alternatives, and performing process characterization and optimization using designed experiments, and problem solving and decision making tools.

Define productivity projects and associated investment (if needed), making feasibility reports and calculating profitability and Pay-back

Participates in comprehensive engineering activities to develop and implement effective, high quality processes and design guidelines for dissemination through out the division. Provides moderately complex design reviews and feedback for improvements in manufacturability. Implements equipment, materials, and process performance requirements, performs vendor searches and equipment evaluation to ensure adequate capability to produce quality products in required quantities at an effective cost. Facilitates experiments and capability studies, develops process specifications, and designs and procures process tools. Evaluates and advises on the selection of suitable equipment for optimized, balanced line performance. Processes analyses of new systems and equipment with the intent of achieving continuous improvement of present methods. Edits and publishes process documentation and training materials for processes, materials, and equipment

Requirements and Qualifications:

- Master Degree in Engineering
- Fluent in English
- Excellent Office Knowledge (Excel in particular)
