For our Pharmaceutical division, Janssen-Cilag SpA, we are looking for a Finance Analyst , to be hired with a fix term contract (12 months) in our office located in Borgo San Michele (Latina). The position will report to the Finance Supervisor.

Main activities and responsabilities:

· Monthly Closing: Prepares monthly closing activities and ensure financial reporting vs Global Finance and vs Legal Entity requirements. Assists month-end expense & cost budgeting/tracking/reporting. Prepares balance sheet and expense account analysis and reconciliation.

· Financial Reporting : Supports financial reporting activities for area of responsibility, providing accurate, timely & meaningful information to influence best business decisions. Develop and presents data to other members of the organization

· Product Cost : Manages daily product Cost activities and annual product cost review , Support New products cost analysis

· Cost Improvement: Identify and Lead process improvement initiatives, support Business Partners analyzing and evaluating cost reduction projects

· Capex : Performs analysis of capital appropriation requests and monthly spending of approved capital. Assists capital budgeting, actual tracking and Capital reporting

· Compliance : Complies with J&J requirements as well as Fiscal & Statutory, ensure adherence to Internal Control Policies & Procedures in alignment with Sarbanes Oxley requirements. Support Compliance audits

· Promote & support financial awareness and education for business partner

Provides accurate, timely, and meaningful financial analysis to influence business decisions. Provides analysis to business partners, including: business planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reconciliations. Participates on cross-functional work teams.

Profilo richiesto

Qualifications :

- Master's degree in Finance/Economics/Accounting with at least 6 months of relevant work experience in finance.

- Fluent in Italian. Good knowledge of English language would be preferred.

- Knowledge of Microsoft packages: Word, Excel, PowerPoint.

- Use of SAP FI-CO is required.

- Previous work experience in an international pharmaceutical company is an asset.
