General Summary

The Supply Network Planning Analyst is responsible for compiling, analyzing and reporting Supply Chain Planning data and KPI's, aiming to improve Customer Service, Optimize Inventory levels and run standard SC planning processes. He/She is responsible to identify opportunities and will lead continuous improvement projects, to increase efficiency and performance of our Global Supply Chain Planning Processes.

He/She works in a global environment in direct contact with Supply, Network and Demand Planners, Plant Material Managers, Project leaders & other Business Partners. He/She will develop strong working relationships and processes with those partners to achieve stated objectives.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities

·  Understand system-based planning processes and tools, and provide analysis, advice and recommendation on how to improve them.
·  Responsible for collecting, consolidating, analyzing, and reporting Supply Chain data for internally manufactured product.
·  Responsible for providing Scenario Planning analysis, in depth analytics on key performance indicators or leading indicators on ad-hoc basis.
·  Leads Continuous Process improvement.
·  Supports Planning System Sustainability and related data validation.
·  Interfaces with Supply Chain, Finance and Commercial Partners – supporting Monthly, Quarterly and Annual reporting & business analytics.
·  Ensure activities performed are compliant with the Ethicon Quality System.

Desired profile

Qualifications

Education and/or Experience

·  BS in Business, Finance, Logistics, Engineering, Statistic or Mathematics
·  Experience in Supply Chain management with good understanding of Supply Chain fundamental (Supply & Inventory planning / MRP, Demand Planning), preferably in multinational company.
·  Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data mining/analysis.
·  Experienced user of ERP or Advanced Planning System is preferred.

·  Strong analytical skills and ability to translate complex situations in simple problems.
·  Ability to work across multiple functional organizations and levels in a multicultural and global/matrix environment.
·  Ability to take ownership/proactive approach, and to drive process improvements
·  Advanced knowledge of Excel. Experience with Access, Tableau, Qlik or OMP is a Plus.
·  Fluency in English is required (other languages are a plus).
