Primary Location: United States (US) - Illinois (US-IL) - Moline 
Function: Accounting / Finance
Title: Part Time Student - Accounting - Moline, IL - 55022 

Your Responsibilities

·  Create IM numbers and locate the parts in the crib.
·  Enter BOMs for new machines in SAP.
·  Retire IM numbers and scrap inventory for machines no longer in service.
·  May assist in cycle counts
·  Work with supply management to expedite/resolve delinquent purchase orders
·  Create reports as requested for data analysis

What It Takes

·  Ability to efficiently use a computer and have the ability to learn SAP.
·  Self-starter and be comfortable on a manufacturing floor.
·  Pursuing a four-year degree in Accounting or Supply management; other majors will be considered.
·  Must be registered as a full-time student at a local university
·  Must be able to commute to the work location on a daily basis
·  Graduation date of December 2020 or later 
·  Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or above
·  16 - 20 hours/week during the academic year
·  35 - 40 hours/week during the summer semester  

A strong candidate will also have

·  Basic knowledge of mechanical/electrical equipment.
·  Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize workload.
