The Information Technology Development Program (ITDP) is designed to equip new or recent graduates with the technical skills and knowledge needed to thrive in our Agile Operating Model. This program will also provide ample opportunity to establish a network of people to support personal and professional growth throughout your career at John Deere. This is a three-year program consisting of two 18-month rotations in one of the following areas:

· Software Engineering
· Software Analyst
· Infrastructure Engineering
· Cybersecurity

Work Statement: US Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.

What Skills You Need:

· Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related field.
· Minimum cumulative GPA required of 2.8 on a 4.0 scale.
· Previous technical experience through an internship or part-time student position.

Must be able to relocate domestically. Assignments will either be in the Quad Cities area (Moline, IL/Davenport, IA) or Des Moines, IA area.
