Title: DevOps Engineer 

Primary Location: Mexico (MX)  - Nuevo León (MX-NLE)  - San Pedro Garza Garcia 

Function: Product Engineering

Main Responsibilities:

·  Create/Design scripts to get relevant data collections from CI/CD servers.
·  Automate databases storage using scripting languages.
·  Create scripts to trigger and save reports within server and databases.
·  Support customers to find the root cause for failing automated jobs in the server.
·  Data Base Maintenance.
·  Debug IT related accesses and permissions problems.
·  Debug Connectivity issues at network layer.
·  Load/Verify/Debug IT software installs.
·  Configure/Setup/Run/Debug Operational Support Systems (OSS).
·  Develop support tools for job executions on servers.
·  General support to customers.

 

What Skills You Need:

·  Understanding of scripting languages.
·  Experience working with PHP Language.
·  Experience working with, designing and manipulating Databases.
·  Knowledge and understanding of server admin and/or Backend knowledge.
·  Knowledge and understanding of CI/CD server’s workflow and configuration.
·  Experience working with Login/Access APIs.
·  Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
·  Root cause analysis skills at server side.

 

What Makes You Stand Out:

·  Experience working with customers or IT environments.
·  Ability to create/support server jobs using DSL scripting.
·  Jenkins Server Configuration and maintenance Knowledge
·  Experience talking/attending customers.
·  Groovy, Python and/or Perl are desired.
·  Knowledge of Black Duck.
·  Knowledge of PostGress DB.

 

Education:

Computer Science Engineer, Digital Systems and Robotics Engineers, Electronic Technologies Engineer, IT Bachelor or related.
