Job description



POSITION GOALS

·  To achieve its allocated annual income target.
·  To maintain JLL research and consultancy’s standing as a market leader locally and in the region.
·  To keep research and consultancy services relevant to both internal and external clients’ needs.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

·  Preparation and drafting of market studies, feasibility analyses, financial analyses and research reports for commercial sectors.
·  Drafting and ensuring the timely delivery of research reports, consultancy reports, press releases and write-ups in the press/various publications to gain strategic publicity coverage for the firm.
·  Establishment, maintenance and review of the database management system for the data bank of commercial asset classes.
·  Preparation of presentation material.
·  Assistance in the development of more value-added research and consultancy work.
·  Assistance in the development of new research products and fee-generating publications.

KEY PERFORMANCE MEASURES

·  Client: To keep research services relevant to both internal and external clients’ needs.
·  People: To collaborate with other team members to deliver quality research and consultancy work.
·  Financial: To ensure income targets are achieved according to plan.
·  Other: To collaborate with team members in developing more value-added research and consultancy work.

EMPLOYEE SPECIFICATIONS

·  Minimum qualification: Bachelor Degree in Real Estate, Economics, Accounting, Finance or in other relevant field.  Honour preferred.
·  Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
·  Good command of written and spoken English.
·  Familiarity with feasibility studies and financial cashflow modelling.
·  Experience in consultancy/advisory is an advantage.
·  Good knowledge of the Vietnam property markets.
·  Must have strong writing ability plus analytical, communication and organisational skills.
·  A team player, goal driven, creative and with initiative.
