Duties & responsibilities
 

• Resolve Tier 1 queries and transactions related to core HR Reporting processes

• Understand, evaluate and resolve data reporting requests and guiding customers to use available self-service reporting tools

• Demonstrate high proficiency in HR reporting processes and standard operating procedures with ability to manage complex queries

• Create, standardize and publish Reports/Dashboard to HR and business stakeholders using Workday, SQL

• Mining, cleansing, standardising and analysing structured and unstructured data using SQL and other tools

• Adhere to and demonstrate high proficiency in agreed KPIs, SLAs, and customer service standards

• Perform structured testing as required by system upgrades or customized enhancements

• Analyse and translate data and trends into insights, compile and share analysis with stakeholders

• Keeps management, business partners and internal customers apprised of the status of dashboard and report requests
• Create/Update SOP’s and Process Maps of all HR Reporting processes

• Participate in client calls with the Asia Pacific process partners on a regular basis and ensure required documentation

• Ability to challenge the status quo and implement process improvements to continually improve the customer and HR partner experience

Key skills
 

• Demonstrated understanding of HR Reporting practices and processes

• Proven work experience creating and delivering reports/queries through an enterprise reporting system

• Interest in script writing and data analysis (SQL/Workday)

• Good written and verbal communication skills

• Prior experience with SQL and Workday is preferred

• Advance knowledge of MS Office Suite skills

 

 

Employee specification
 

• Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Social Science or related field preferred

• 0-3 years of data analysis and stakeholder engagement experience required
