What this job involves- Highly collaborative interaction with clients and teammates.  As appropriate, either own and complete assigned deliverables or work with the broader team to successfully complete client deliverables.  Participate in client and partner meetings and conference calls.   Foster strong relationships with the client and teammates.  Drive and facilitate process consistency to help ensure adherence to account deliverables, maximize efficiency, and continually deliver exceptional client service.

How your time will be spent and the value you’ll bring to the team/ client

·  40-50%- Occupancy Planning (OP) Support
·  Coordinate cross regional initiatives and tasks (i.e. MyWork returns, “what if” analysis, PC allocation validation)
·  Reporting and governance of Space Sharing tests and remediation
·  Maintain templates and tools (OEP, OFP, pre migration calculator, post migration programming)
·  Collaborate in the development and creation of new templates and tools
·  Team document retention and management coordination
·  Collaborate in the development and creation of a consolidated OP Tracker
·  Team analysist and reporting
·  Utilization program reporting and coordination
·  Miscellaneous requests

·  30-40%- Change Management
·  Client design guidelines resource and Subject Matter Expert (SME)
·  OP SME for change requests
·  Annual OP Playbook coordination and updates
·  Coordinate account team training and meetings
·  Maintain team roster and distribution list
·  Coordinate team Newsletter

·  5-10%- Client Deliverables
·  Stack plan training, coordination and governance (twice yearly)
·  Occupancy Allocation Plan (OAP) training, coordination and governance (annually)

·  5-10%- Client Support
·  SPOC Liaison – SPOC Forum (every other month) and SPOC Guide updates (twice a year)
·  Data, report and miscellaneous requests

Bachelor’s degree required and strong grasp of occupancy planning best practices.  Good familiarity with design, project management, facilities management or architecture.  Previous experience in space/ occupancy planning at a strategic level.  7-10 years of relevant experience.  Proficient in PowerPoint, SharePoint Visio and Word with advanced proficiency in Excel.  Skilled in the following areas: written/ verbal communication, problem solving, critical thinking, customer service and issue resolution.  Essential traits: strong work ethic, self-motivated, dependable and detail orientated.  Ability to work independent or as a team, as needed.
