What this job involves?
We are currently seeking a Customer Service Representative to provide exceptional facilities management assistance to our client on a casual basis.

This integral role sits within our Help Desk team based in Mascot, and is responsible for managing our client's requests regarding property, facilities repair and maintenance. You will be required to support the development of a strong customer service ethos within the wider team and provide a positive customer experience to both customers and contractors.

Please note the working days are Tuesday and Wednesday, rostered between 8am and 6pm.

A snapshot of the role;

·  Answer all incoming calls from our client's Business Units
·  Ensure that requests are addressed in an expeditious manner
·  Analyse callers needs and implement the best strategy to respond
·  Measure costs against established service provider guidelines
·  Verify and track work orders to completion
·  Take ownership for the ultimate resolution of the customer's problem
·  Contract Documentation
·  System process and work flow management
·  Subcontractor Management and Negotiations
·  Information Systems Applications


Sound like you?  This is what we're looking for:
You will be experienced in Customer Service, ideally within a Call Centre environment. A good working knowledge of Word and Excel is also required as well as a desire to make your mark in the industry and go above and beyond to achieve customer satisfaction. It would be extremely beneficial if you had experience using CISCO phone systems.
