Your day to day

Processes reservations by mail, telephone, fax or central reservation systems referral. Processes reservations from the sales office, other hotel departments, and travel agents. Creates and maintains reservation records by date of arrival and alphabetical listing. Communicates reservation information to the front desk. Processes cancellations and modifications and promptly relays this information to the front desk. Assists in preregistration activities when appropriate. Getting information about areas of interest in order to target more clients in particular seasons. Knows of all hotel packages plans-meaning status, rates, and benefits. Update availability of all distribution channels like GDS, OTA and Web booking systems. 

What we need from you

Hotel Management graduate or equivalent. Ability to speak and understand the primary language (Arabic) used by the guests who visits the hotel, is considered as an added advantage. Previous hotel-related experience desired. Experience in Hotel software - OPERA and their functionalities.
