Your day to day

Job Summary

With supervision and guidance, responsible for accuracy and integrity of the data held within the HR Management Systems which includes the data flow between systems. Identify discrepancies, clear errors, and perform the routine tasks assigned by manager for eTime and Payroll support on daily basis.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

eTime:

·  Provide eTime support on daily basis including
·  Review missing punches and following up with line managers;
·  Importing time off from Workday to eTime,
·  review and follow up with refund and deduction requests and new hire and pay rule changes requests;
·  Validate rest day worked hours in eTime;
·  Answer employee inquiries through askmyHR platform and shared mailbox on timely manner
·  Provide user access, ID’s and passwords to systems in accordance with agreed access control procedures.
·  Provide eTime supports through the payroll cycles:
·  Provide all the necessary communication to employees, line managers, workforce team, training team and other stakeholders who involved in the eTime data input and validation.
·  Consolidate the work schedules from Workforce team and input to eTime
·  Validate and change pay rules based on the Workday data, manager request and Workforce requests.
·  Provide eTime new hire orientation and necessary trainings to new joiners and new team managers.
·  Ensure that all processes meet internal audit standards as well as SAE standards, working to support any external audit requests
·  Provide ‘Tier 2’ support escalated from the HR BPO vendor in the event of user difficulty with the HRMS
·  Participate in system related projects as required, providing a level of expertise from a system and functional perspective

Payroll:

·  Support the delivery of payroll services to all corporate, reservations employees through outsourced vendors, covered within the regional scope of services.
·  Administer the processing of variable components of pay i.e. paid time off, bonuses, deductions etc. through a defined process agreed with outsource vendor.
·  Support the payment of all payroll taxes to be timely and accurate for each of the countries supported by the payroll service.
·  To deal with any payroll queries from employees, managers or escalated by the outsource vendor.
·  To support that new employee payroll and banking details are collected accurately and entered in the appropriate system and those new employees are informed about their payroll and payment processes.
·  To support local tax filing, statistics, labor reporting and/or payments as per government compliance in the respective country covered in the country scope of services.
What we need from you

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree holder

 

Technical   Skills and Knowledge  – 

·  Demonstrated proficiency in excel formula and data management skill
·  Demonstrated proficiency in accurately populating databases with necessary information in designated time periods. 
·  Demonstrates clear, concise and succinct communication skills including adapting both verbal and written communication to the needs and level of the user.
