Your day to day
- Responsible for the Human Resources monthly activities and social media.- Responsible for the quarterly magazine- Responsible for the monthly starters and leavers survey.- Prepare the agenda of Coffee with HR on monthly basis.- In charge of the maintenance & Cleanliness of Heart Of The House- Responsible for any activity that reflects on Colleagues Heartbeat survey & Employee satisfaction.- Collect data from HOD's & Departmental Trainers for the hotel's talents survey.- Prepare activities that keep the employees fit & healthy ; Sports etc.- Schedule all the internal & external communication meetings- Responsible of the recognition program (Ambition to be number one / Line Manager and Department of the quarter / Star of the year / Recognition Cards).- Adopt IHG's Winning Ways and apply them on the hotel's employees.- Responsible for all HR events such as birthday , service pin parties and celebrate service week.- Respond to internal and external HR related inquiries or requests and provide assistance.- Assist in providing the brand promise through committing to the Global Etiquette and the InterContinental Life.- Participate in Different CSR activities such as giving for good month.- Assist in ensuring the right application of any related HR Brand Standards to comply 100% achievement of target.- Ensure 100% compliance with the HR Audit.- Assist the HR operations in any other assignment that can be delegated.- Assist in maintaining the proper performance Management Cycle.
What we need from you
- Fluency in English- Creative and having the ability to think out of the box.- Emotional Intelligence & Self Confidence.- Excellent Microsoft Office skills.- Excellent in Time Management and Multitasking.- Dynamic and Adaptive to situations.- Supportive and Team Playing- Bachelor Degree in Mass Communications or Business Administration preferred.- Fresh graduate preferred. - Active listening.- Excellent Organization skills.- Strong Oral & Written Communication skills.
