Your day to day

We are currently seeking to hire a  Night Guest Service Assistant to join our Front Office Team. The successful candidate will be under the supervision of the Guest Service Manager and General Manager. This role covers responsibility for all activities relevant to the Front Desk such as the reception, check in/out, running night audit, cashiering, serving food & beverage and assisting them with inquiries. In addition, identifying customer needs and expectations correctly, including those with special needs, and providing appropriate products, services or information within acceptable hotel standards. Accountability for maintaining an accurate cash float and any money related transactions.

What we need from you
·  Experience in reservations/front office/reception
·  Hotel industry experience is preferred but not essential – we’ll teach you our systems during on-boarding
·  Vibrant personality with an oozing passion for customer service
·  Strong attention to detail, written and verbal communication and organisational skills
·  Team player with a collaborative approach to work
·  Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritise workload
