Principal Manchester are looking for a Barista to join our family.

Built as the headquarters for the Refuge Assurance Company in 1895 and extended in 1912, The Principal Manchester has recently completed major renovations, which put The Principal Manchester centre-stage in our 'urban lifestyle' hotel brand, including a destination restaurant and bar ‘Refuge’.

We are looking for Baristas to join our busy restaurant, this role is to ensure guest satisfaction at all times, by creating breakfasts drinks to order, working with our Hosts, Commis Waiters, Waiters and Management Team to ensure every guest has an amazing unique breakfast experience.

We are looking for a Barista who is warm and friendly, has a can-do attitude and puts our guests at the heart of everything we do.

Experience as a Barista is desirable however, it is more important that we find the right person. You must have basic coffee knowledge, If you have a winning smile, we can train you to accomplish anything.
